Green olives in brine
Picked one by one by hand, with respect for the ripening time and the tradition of Messinia, they are preserved simply, as our grandparents did: in brine, in a glass jar, without unnecessary additives. Inside each jar we enclose flavors, memories and moments around a table – because for us, the olive is not an accompaniment, it is the beginning of the conversation.
