In case of damage, you can withdraw

If you are a natural person and your purchase is intended for personal use, then you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days by returning the product to us.
This right applies if the product is in its original condition.

The return is made by your own means and cost within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase. A prerequisite is the completion of the withdrawal form that you will find here.
After fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product, the withdrawal will be considered overdue. In the event that the product has been used and has lost its value, the amount we will refund to you will be less.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to cases excluded from applicable legislation or to products that are not suitable for resale if they have been unsealed and/or used.

In the event that you believe that your request has not been satisfied, you can contact the consumer dispute resolution and submit a complaint.

    Η κατάθεση θα πραγματοποιηθεί, αφού εξετασθεί/ούν τα προϊόντα και εφόσον ισχύουν οι όροι και οι προυποθέσεις που περιγράφονται παραπάνω.
